The opioid ingredient in Suboxone, buprenorphine, will not show up in an opioid drug test unless you are taking a multi-panel test which specifically tests for buprenorphine. However, if you are being recommended Suboxone, you shouldn’t have to worry about a positive test buprenorphine test.
Some first check home drug test products are more than 99 percent accurate in detecting specific drugs according to the designated cut-off levels. However, if a more sensitive test is managed, there is a chance of testing positive if drugs are present in urine.
